Early Steps Daycare Staff

Early Steps Daycare, Inc. was founded in 2022 in response to the community’s significant need for high-quality early childhood care and education services. We were created with the mission to provide local families with a safe, nurturing, and family-oriented program to care for and foster the growth of their children in developmentally appropriate ways.

We cultivate a culture of collaboration, teamwork & professionalism with all of our staff members! Our highly trained & caring employees reflect Early Steps Daycare's philosophy and embody our daycare model in all that they do. Each of our staff members enjoys teaching children with a positive approach and provide attentive care one on one or in a group setting.

Director, Early Steps Daycare
"For the past 36 years, I've worked locally in Early Childhood Education in Worcester County. I've cared for children of all ages while holding various positions in classrooms or managing centers throughout my career. I'm also Director certified through the state of Massachusetts! I'm excited to be a part of this community and to support Early Steps families."

“My journey in early education started 13 years ago and it has been quite the experience. I have worked with children as young as 6 weeks to as old as 12. Although preschool has been my forte since 2012, I wanted to take a step in a different direction and come back to infants and toddlers which I taught for about 3 years. My favorite activity to do with kids is story time! I’m excited to be part of the Early Steps family and look forward to my adventures here”

"Over the past 25 years I have worked in several programs, owned and operated an in home, family child care center in Massachusetts. I've also worked for Public Schools, in Westfield Indiana teaching Pre-K and summer programs, and most recently worked as an ABA Tech. I love working with children, watching them grow and find their love for exploring and learning new things!"
